We warranty all Brome Bird Care products against material or manufacturing defects when the product is used according to our instructions and all safety guidelines have been respected. Brome’s sole responsibility will be to provide replacement parts or, in its sole discretion, to replace a defective Brome Bird Care product. Cosmetic scratches or oxidation are not covered. Nor are damages triggered or caused by weather, collisions, bears, deer or other animals or by attempted or unauthorized repairs. Only applicable in the USA and Canada.
